- AGREEMENT -- By commissioning me, the artist, the customer accepts and agrees to all terms and conditions listed below.
- By agreeing to them, the customer agrees to follow them per contract.
- Both the artist's and customer's rights shall be protected as a result of this contract.
- If issues/disagreements arise, they must be discussed privately in the interest of both parties.- REQUESTS -- I, the artist, have the right to accept or decline the requested commissions if your character design is beyond my skill level or makes me feel uncomfortable.
- An additional charge for highly detailed/complex character designs can be added to the initial price.- PAYMENTS -- Payments will be done through Paypal (invoices).
- Any additional fee must be paid by the customer (transaction and/or conversion fee[s]).
- Half the total price must be paid upfront, this point is non-negotiable.- PROGRESS/REVISIONS -- The commission progress is divided into 3 checkpoints : “Rough sketch”, “Lineart” and “Flat colors”.
- You will be contacted when a checkpoint is reached to discuss the continuity of the commissioned artwork.
- 35% of the original price will be charged for any major changes requested after any of the mentioned checkpoints (change of pose, clothing, background alterations, etc), 50% if it’s a concept artwork.
- Number of revisions allowed per checkpoint : ROUGH SKETCH → 2 | LINEART → 1 | FLAT COLORS → 1.- DEADLINES AND DELIVERY -- Deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon the start of the commissioned artwork : it will depend on what I am asked for and the deadline asked by the customer.
- All commissioned artworks will be delivered via email.- COMMERCIAL/PERSONAL USE | PROPERTY RIGHTS -I am the rightful owner of all commissioned artworks.
- All commissioned artworks are for personal use, unless stated otherwise in the commission form.
- Commercial use [merch, sold goods, reproduced material] is triple the original price.
- All commissions’ results will be posted on my socials, website and will be part of my portfolio – an anonymous commission will have a 25% fee added to the full price
- Any posted artwork on social media must be credited.
- Copying, tracing and distributing any of my artworks without permission is prohibited.
- Any AI generation software/programs’ usage of my artworks is prohibited.
- Any usage of my artworks contributing to the creation of NFTs (Non-Fungible-Tokens) is prohibited.
- Unauthorized usage will result in the blacklisting of the customer.- REFUNDS -- If I am unable to meet a deadline, a 50% refund will be sent to the customer with all the progress accumulated.
- The customer can’t issue a refund once the commissioned artwork has been started.
- If you wish to cancel a commission, the remaining 50% of the full price won’t be charged.- COMMUNICATION -- If the customer wishes to reach out to me regarding my commissions and/or t.o.s, please contact me via email.
